4" Pattada - Arizona Desert Ironwood (RYAN)

Pattadas are known to be the original folding knives of Sardinia and have existed since the 1700s. Used as everyday utility knives by sheep herders and everyday the blade shapes a wide belly, is inspired by the laurel leaf, and excels at sinking into the material you are cutting. This interpretation features a full tang construction for easier clean-up in culinary applications and an exceptionally thin hollow grind. It pairs well with wine and charcuterie.
