  • Manufacturer Defects: If there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll fix it or replace it. Manufacturer defects refer to flaws or issues in a product that occur during the manufacturing process, which affect the functionality, safety, or quality of the item. These defects are not caused by wear and tear, misuse, or damage after purchase but are due to mistakes or faults in how the product was made.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and details.

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective items).

  • There is a 20% restocking fee (of the products purchase price) on non-defective items, which covers lost shipping, credit card, and labor costs.

  • We recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned item.
